The elusive Yellow Rail; a very shy and quick bird. This image was photographed on Nelson Reservoir in the White Mountains of Arizona. I quietly stalked this little bird from my kayak, and had to wait patiently until he got used to me being there. Eventually he briefly came out of the reeds to look for food. Someone said this might be a Sora, so now I'm not 100% sure if it is a Yellow Rail or not.....
