Descending From 34,000 ft. (5 in the series)
On a recent evening flight from Nofolk, Virginia back to Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas I shot a series of images from the plane. This is the fifth. It was a stormy night and we ascended to 34,000 ft. The colors of the sky kept changing until we finally flew into a massive cloud bank. As we descended through the clouds on approach to DFW the sun was setting and the reflections of color on the clouds was spectacular. Hope you enjoy this series. These images provide many opportunities for framing and display. June, 2009
